Could we turn a meeting chat record to a team?

Hi, just wondering could i turn a meeting chat (I have a meeting invite a group of people say 30 people, then there are 22 joined ). Then we want to create a team based on those 22 joined people in MS teams called 'XX meeting team'. 

Is there any easy way to turn this meeting 'chat' history directly to a team?

or say create a team based on this meeting participants history?
