CoreError::CDL_WORKER_FAILURE
I couldn't find this error message anywhere. I try to use the online Teams and I get this error message.
Like you, this randomly started today after a reboot.
Fix for me was to goto Settings.....Apps....Microsoft teams...Reset.

for further clarity for he-who-follows (possibly related to "he-who-remains": reset is under advanced... and then the reset options says it will delete all data - this is safe because all the real data is saved online by MS. it is the local cache that is deleted - which is good and well. all was good after that (Windows machine)
