Convert regular phone number to a service number in team.
Hi,
We recently deployed team PSTN calling feature for users in one of our new remote office. I was able to port all of their old numbers to team. However, I'm not able to setup AA because their existing main number is a user number not a service number. Is there anyway I can convert that so that I can setup a AA?

There is a uservoice to have this service native in the Teams Admin Centre here

In the meantime, you can raise a ticket via the PSTN Service Desk. The process has recently changed for this but here is a blog which covers how to raise a ticket
