Rihards1982 Teams is a part of Microsoft 365, so you need a Microsoft 365 Apps for business or Enterprise license to use it. It is not like Zoom where you can join a meeting without a Zoom accounts.
The reason you likely do not experience this issue is that you have a license and are already logged in using your MSFT account.
