Chat with Microsoft Teams with regular Skype account users

Dear Sirs,

I'm writing to you about a proposal for a new update. The service provided by Microsoft, Teams is perfect and we have been using it for over two years. We run into the problem of not being able to talk to donors via Teams like we could through Skype for Business. Please allow us as soon as possible. We have completely migrated to Teams so we can no longer log in to Skype for Business.
