Chat and call app missing from teams after assigning Package Policy Healthcare and patient room

one of my client is missing Chat and call app after accidently assigning the package policy to Teams group where he was member in it.  Now, we are unable to revert the changes. 

Please  reproduce the issue before sharing resolution 
Steps :

1. Created office 365 group Name as Health  and added 1 member Test1
2. Then assigned the Package Policy Healthcare and patient room from group Package assignment under Teams admin center>> Package Policy >> Group package assignment(screenshot attached ) .  
3. Assigned the Healthcare patient room policy to Office 365 group name Health, created in Step1.
4. Chat and call app disappeared from teams for Test1 user
5. Removed the Policy from Policy Packages and still the user is affected
