Channel Owner Permissions
- Nov 15, 2019
Hakan_Cukurluz It is correct members in a Private Channel can only add tabs if permission to create, update and remove tabs is disabled in the channel.
The documentation also mentions that only add tabs is available in private channels.

Yes for members of a channel. But what about Private Channel Owner?
You can graduate members to private channel owner but this has no effect to his permissions. I cannot configure that only private channel owner can manage tabs. And it make no sense that there is a dependency between channel permission and teams permissions. If you create a private channel and another person has the role of the private channel owner he cannot make any changes in his private channel if I don't give as team owner the permission to all member.
I hope I could now describe my problem.
