Can't switch organization anymore - Menu doesn't show up
I'm a member of two organizations. Since today I'm unable to switch back to my home organization, because the menu doesn't show up anymore.
The only solution is to completely log out and in again.

- Due to the heavy use of Teams there are some problems happenings such the one you are seeing here...we can only wait until Microsoft fixes those problems
