can't log into organisation

Hi,

I have had MS teams for about a year, and had no problems logging in. Recently I had to sign out of my desktop app, and when I tried to sign back in it now won't let me. It says I don't have access to my organisation. I can sign into my organisation on a desktop app on another device, and I can also sign in to the online version of teams.

Any ideas? It just takes me round in circles, asking if I want to sign into my organisation, it then says I don't have access, and gives me the option to sign into my domain name (which isn't a team), and that doesn't work. It just keeps going round in circles!
