Can't find walkie talkie functionality in teams

Hi everyone

 

I cannot find the walkie talkie app in teams. I have a 365 family subscription but when I look at the help videos there are menus that I cannot see like the three dots and more etc. I had a brief text exchange with support during which I sent them a screen shot of my homepage. They said something was not right but then I got cut off.

    I have similar problem. I am unable to find the Walkie Talkie App listed in Mobile version of Teams. I verified the walkie talkie app shows as unblocked and assigned to everyone in the Teams Admin site for our organization. I have active MS 365 E3, MS Teams Phone and Domestic calling licenses and followed every instruction I could find in MS Knowledgebase sites. Any suggestions from the members? Thank you!
