Cannot hear students in breakout rooms

Question

I am a teacher. I set up breakout rooms with preassigned members and it all went well, but when I visited each room I could see the students but I could not hear any o them. They could both see and hear me, but I could not hear them at all. How do I get around this problem? I would be so grateful if someone could help me with this.

Just wanted to add that the sound works perfectly in the main meeting. I only stop hearing them in the breakout rooms.dekkers2085&nbsp;

dekkers2085&nbsp;I had the exact same problem - To fix it, I entered a breakout room and muted myself and then unmuted myself and it all worked perfectly. Hope this helps you.
