cannot get office to talk to teams
i can see teams icon in office but get error mesage > have tried all microsoft resolution steps

- Little_JoeBronze ContributorIf you're using the Teams for Home then you should schedule a meeting within the Teams desktop version app directly.
- Could be worth mentioning that the Teams meeting Outlook add-in isn't supported for Teams free, if that's what you're using. You'll need a business/enterprise subscription.

- Are you logged into your organization in Teams? Not switched to a guest org?
Close both apps (logout from Teams) , open Teams and login -> open outlook and try again
