Cannot change "Who can present" setting.

A few days ago our teachers reported, that is not possible to change this setting on meetings.

When changing the setting of the scheduled meeting - after "save" changes are not applied.

When in a running meeting - a red message "some error occurred, repeat action" is displayed.

In general, we have "the only organizer can present" as a default setting.
