Cannot add azure pipelines to private channel

bmpatter I am also experiencing this same issue. Looking forward to a resolution.

jlinker after some research I found that some bots aren't able to be used in private channels. I believe this is one of those situations. I was able to add the bot to a new team with an open channel within.
