can not invite persons into my public channel outside my organisation
Hi, i have created a public channel and want to invite peaple outside my organisation. But when i paste the mail address then it shows "not found" and i am not able to invite this person. And an...
Frank_Lehmann Public channels is not the same as externally shared channels/teams. So it could be a public channel but if IT disabled externals into the team you will not be able to add anyone outside of your organisation.
Please let IT check if this is the case.
