This is not possible with the current Teams client.
What you can do is using different profiles with Chrome or the multi container plug-in for Firefox.

Or use a tool like Franz.
I use Rambox which is the same but I would prefer to do it in the teams app

- Thanks Rob, depending what he is trying to accomplish this could also help. For my mobile App this is already working. The downside is that you only get push notifications for one account.
