Can anyone search on Shared Channels?

I have tested shared channels on 6 tenants now and have yet to see search work. Search returns no results regardless of the query or user. There are no results in MS Teams or the SharePoint site. ...

I can confirm searching in Sharepoint for "*" get zero results, regardless of the user.

Yep, it's a shared channel that had a single file stored and it's returned when doing a search in Teams or in the SharePoint Site. In SharePoint I have used also the "*". Se attached screenshot as a proof.

Thanks for the quick feedback. Out of curiosity, is your shared channel associated with a hub site? I was wondering if that could affect search in any way, but I don't have the option on my shared channel site. The navigation on your screenshot looks as if it is part of a hub site.

    Then your tenant is indeed different from any of mine - as shared channel sites on my tenants have none of the hub options available on other sites:
