Avaya SBC are not certified to be supported with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. You can reach out to different Service Providers and they can support Teams Direct Routing using their Cloud Platform. Below is the list of SBC Supported with Teams Direct Routing.

- SiplifiGroupJun 05, 2020Brass ContributorHi Daniel, to unlock the Phone System features, depending on the size of your organisation you would either need a Phone System license per user or Business Voice without a calling plan license per user. This would need to be complimented with a supported direct routing SBC as Satish said and a SIP trunk.
