Call queue rings in skype for business in island mode
Hey there
My organization is currently setup in island mode.
I have pstn setup via direct routing to teams and it works like a charm.
However call queues do not ring in the teams channel but in the skype for business app, which is funny because direct calls to my number arrive in teams app.
Is there a way to change this? When i change my teams upgrad policy to teams only it works and everything arrives in teams.
- Unfortunately it’s designed so all pstn features go to Skype when in islands mode. Islands mode is not supported with direct routing so you’ll have to chose Skype or teams.
