Call Queue Presence State not analyzed in real-time
When we activate Longest Idle Routing in Call Queues (Which defacto activates Presence Based Routing) we see that it can take a long time before an available Agent is hunted. For instance 5 Agents i...

For us it is the same but with status of unavailable. If the agent locks computer it is still ringing instead of ringing an availage agent.
Seems the status is not checked in real time.
On the other hand if we choose anther routing mehtod but with presence-based routing On, the status is real time.
