BUG? User can sign up to open shift multiple times

Usually the behaviour of the Teams-App (iOS and Android) was, that a user can sign up to an open shift one time. once the sign-up for the shift was accepted, the shift disappeared from the "open shif...

Hello WDenk   I have no direct knowledge of this bug but you can search the Uservoice feedback forum, where common bugs are reported and features are requested.

    *offtopic*: using uservoice is a terrible experience an IMHO leaves users with barly any guidance from MS. just look at the time that passes when moderators reply to suggestions that are "in development" since years ... 😕

      Hi WDenk  Thanks for your feedback.  Uservoice is not meant to be a substitute for a real solution - our hope is always that other members of the community can provide assistance.  However, in the meantime UV is how customers can communicate their issues and requests to the engineering team.

       

      also, for a more tailored tech support experience on any MSFT product, you might want to visit the answers.microsoft.com and fill out a request for support.
