Audio selections for teams
I am working from a government offcie via VDI and when i join in on TEAMS for our staff meetings with teleworkers i cannot hear them. Previously i was able to turn on the "USB DEVICE" setting for audio but now that selection no longer availalbe.

dredden I would suggest that's something to pick with your support Team internally, most likely to be something related to your environment.
Teams officially only supports VDI with the latest version of Citrix. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-for-vdi
