Audio Issue with Teams running in WVD
Hi All,
Has anyone encountered audio issue while running Teams meeting in WVD? We have some users complaining about loss of audio in Teams and the problem seems to be intermittent. I'm wondering if this issue is related to Skype for Business as we are using both Teams and Skype in our organsiation.

Hi,
Do you have the same reports for non-WVD users? You could check reports in Teams Admin Center and see if you have any packet loss, jitter or similar. Also check that the media optimization is loaded:

Thanks for the suggestion. We are currently going through the optimization settings with the user and see if the problem still persists. No audio issue found when running Teams meeting on the local desktop so it is only affecting WVD users.
