Do you have to be a Teams Owner to make an Announcement formatted message? Currently it doesn't appear as an option for folks that are only members of the Teams site. We are GCC licensed.
- No, you don't need to be an owner, but the functionality might be restricted by the owner of a given team or your IT folks. The moderation settings in general I mean, it's not specific to Announcements.
