None really. If it's not in the audit log, there's hardly anything you can do. There's a new, more robust app attestation program coming out, in case you have missed the Ignite news, that might help alleviate some of the uncertainties around "what a given app can access in my tenant", but that's still not the same as being able to report on the actual app usage.
