A couple of Teams questions post migration
2. No, that is not possible. Better to educate your user how to add the persons they really need to have on the contact list.
3. When in Teams Only mode it should work better. For Plantronic devices make sure that you set Teams as your Target Softphone in Plantronics Hub software. And close Skype, then it will work better.

You have two options
- Also ring: Call Group
- If unanswered: Call Group
If you set Call Group in Also ring, the members in the Call Group will get your calls at the same time as you get them.
If you set If unanswered: Call Group the members of the group will get your calls after the numbers of seconds you set in the next drop-down, in your case 10 seconds.
So if you have it set like this:
- Also ring: Call Group
- If unanswered: Voicemail
- Ring for this many seconds: 10
It will ring on you and your call group for 10 seconds and then forward to voicemail.

Thanks, the issue is the receptionist is in Islands mode while the rest of us are in Teams-Only mode, will this still work? The receptionist needs to be in Islands mode so that she can continue using the deskphones with sidecars. The only way that I have seen the Call-Group thing work is if I leave the SFB client open on her desktop, but I think that is now causing other issues.
Also, I posted a few other questions, would greatly appreciate your help.
