Stream (New) - Mouse Pointer / Cursor Recording Issue - when recording Entire Screen

When recording the Entire Screen in Stream I have an issue with mouse pointer / cursor 'ghosts' appearing in the video. As I move the mouse / cursor to point to parts of the screen, the previous mouse pointer images remain for some time so that it looks like I have several on the screen.

This does not happen if I choose to record Microsoft Edge Tab or Window, however neither of these options suit my needs as I need to access several applications during my recording (e.g. outlook, PowerPoint and also a legacy application from my computer).

Can anyone offer a solution. The video recording is not usable as it is.

I am having the same issue, and no longer have option to record in classic Stream as we have converted to sharepoint.

Hi I have access Stream via SharePoint as well. In top right hand corner below my Avatar there is an option on my screen to use Classic Stream. See image below.

Hi, I am currently having the same issue, and have tried varying the refresh screen rate but that has not helped either.  Hopefully someone can help with this issue as I need to use the entire screen as well.

I have just tried creating the video (entire screen) in old (Classic) stream and there was no 'ghosting'. So then I uploaded the video into the New Stream. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your comments, unfortunately the issues I'm having aren't any better in classic. Basically where ever I stop and point with the cursor, an image of the cursor stays for a few seconds even though the cursor has been moved. I call it ghosting but not sure if that's the correct term. 😞
