We have exactly the same problem and have had zero luck contacting a human.
I found a phone number which conveniently is AI automated and if you call just once about being hacked, they prevent you from ever speaking to them again about anything (the second call didn’t even give options, simply replayed the “go online” message then hung up).
This company blows.
