Where can I raise a formal complaint regarding the MS Exam / Pearson Vue accomodations process?

I requested Exam Accomodations 24/10/2024.

My exam accomodations were approved with the decision letter sent to me 29/10/2024.

I took two exams without my accomodations in place due to timing contstraints and my training schedule. 

For the past two weeks I have been STRUGGLING to get exams booked via Pearson Vue because their call centre team were unable to identify that I have approved Accomodations in place, talking in circles answering the same questions, lising all of the information over and over, just to be told someone will call me back, afterwhich I hear nothing, or miss their call.

After the missed call they followed up with an email asking for a better date and time for them to call me - I respond with a time the following day - which of course they do not act upon, because they take 2-3 working days to get to any new email, so by the time they do call again, I am once again unable to answer.

I am currently sat on hold with them, for the umpteenth time, the call going on for over 50 minutes at this point, going through the same process.

It is wholly IRONIC that MS Exam Accomodations exist to make the exams and certification programmes more accessible to those with difficulties and/or disabilities when the process to booking an exam WITH those accomodations has been infinitely more difficult and infuriating.

Do better.
