Unable to reload LAB environment for Power BI learning Get data from files - Unit 2 of 12

I am trying to complete this step -

Depending on your selection, you need to find and open your data source. You might be prompted to sign into a service, such as OneDrive, to authenticate your request. In this example, you will open the Employee Data Excel workbook that is stored on the Desktop.

However, I cannot locate this file on the Desktop when using the Lab enviornment. I remember being able to go through the steps a few weeks back, so I am not sure what the issue is.
