Unable to give certification renewal exam despite being eligible

I am unable to give microsoft certification renewal exam despite being eligible, and certificate is not expired yet.

In the certification tab under credentials it shows I am eligible for renewal assessment -

However, when clicking on Renew this certificate, I am getting error that, I need a certification first ,in order to renew it.

Because, of this my certification is going to expire. And there is no contact details to raise this technical issue. 

Why microsoft learner support is so inconvenient.
