Unable to get 100% using my MS account on certification exams

Hi everyone, 

I noticed an update on Pearson Vue where you need to provide detailed address before proceeding with the exam schedule. I tried scheduling for SC900, but I don't get the usual interface anymore where you get to link your work (MS related) account and get a 100% discount on your exam. Did something change or am i missing something?
