Transcript and Credentials error in Profile
Hello,
Please can you advise how I get support on my Microsoft Learn profile.
When I click credentials or Transcript - I get :-
"Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again"
I have tried multiple browns and PC's which results in the same issue.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Mark. did you clearn your browser cache ? also try using private browser.

Same problem here, I'been trying to renew my certification and it's completely impossible.
you should see your MCT Status renews to July 2025 automatically
Hello Juan, Please kindly note that all MCT have been renew still july. The MCT Enrollement is down at the moment.
