Set up the Microsoft Learn Organizational Reporting Service Problem

I am trying to start ingesting Microsoft Learn Data into Azure using the instructions written here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/org-reporting-setup and I was able to create a Azure Data Share but once I get to the "Accept Learn Organizational Reporting Service data share" part I am stuck and unable to figure out how to actually get the share.
