Renewal window extension options if no Reminders received

I missed my PL-300 renewal window this year. Was expecting to receive reminder emails like in the previous year (and as stated in my last renewal confirmation email). But I received no reminders this year, and by the time I thought to log in and check the renewal window had already expired.  Is there any appeal process to extend the renewal window in this case? Chat support sent me to business phone support. Phone support was automated and referred me back to the Credentials Support page. I tried to call back and try a different menu option, but it recognized my number and immediately gave me the same link again then hung up with no other options. Quite frustrating. If anyone has any guidance, or tips on how to reach support for this topic I'd really appreciate it.
