Microsoft Learn Certifications
Hi Nathan40,
To connect your Microsoft Certification Profile with Microsoft Learn, follow these steps:
- Log in to Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) used for your certification profile.
- Click your Learn profile photo avatar and choose "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
- Access the "Certifications" section within your profile.
- Click the "Connect certification profile" button on the certifications page.
- Follow the prompts to add your account and click Save.
Alternatively, if you're using a work account, sign in to Partner Center My Learn profile and select "Associate Microsoft Learning Account" to link your accounts.
Aligning your certification and Learn profiles provides seamless access to your learning information and is essential for the recent Learn platform upgrade. Ensure that the MSA used in both profiles matches.
If you encounter difficulties, verify that the email addresses for both profiles match. If not, update your email address in your certification profile.
For your organization's other staff members, they should follow the same steps. If they used work accounts for certification, sign in to the Partner Center My Learn profile with their work accounts and select "Associate Microsoft Learning Account."
