Microsoft Learn Certifications

With in our organisation, we have around 200 staff members who have completed their MCE. We are working with other staff members on completing this too.

I have recently setup the ability to export Learn usage into our datalake. Looking at the data there are only 3 certifications passed. I have completed my MCE but can't link it to Microsoft Learn.

I have my Microsoft Certification ID and Temp Access Code but have no where to add this? I didn't use a personal account when completing the certification.

How can i add my cert and the other 200 staff members into their Microsoft Learn profiles?

    Hi Nathan40,

To connect your Microsoft Certification Profile with Microsoft Learn, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) used for your certification profile.
    2. Click your Learn profile photo avatar and choose "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
    3. Access the "Certifications" section within your profile.
    4. Click the "Connect certification profile" button on the certifications page.
    5. Follow the prompts to add your account and click Save.

Alternatively, if you're using a work account, sign in to Partner Center My Learn profile and select "Associate Microsoft Learning Account" to link your accounts.

Aligning your certification and Learn profiles provides seamless access to your learning information and is essential for the recent Learn platform upgrade. Ensure that the MSA used in both profiles matches.

If you encounter difficulties, verify that the email addresses for both profiles match. If not, update your email address in your certification profile.

For your organization's other staff members, they should follow the same steps. If they used work accounts for certification, sign in to the Partner Center My Learn profile with their work accounts and select "Associate Microsoft Learning Account."
