List of achieved Applied Skills within my organisation

At the moment I can receive a list of all certificates that have been achieved in my organisation ( via insights>trainings). To my surprise, the "applied skills" are not included in that list. So my question is where can I download a list which lists all the applied skills that have been achieved in my organisation?
