Hi all, A user asked me how I can stop emails from been deleted automatically after 1 year or so. Just want to be sure is it from File > Options > Advanced > AutoArchive Settings, I change the rule? Many thanks all. T

How to stop emails deleting automatically after 1 year in Outlook

Hi all,

A user asked me how I can stop emails from been deleted automatically after 1 year or so. Just want to be sure is it from File > Options > Advanced > AutoArchive Settings, I change the rule? Many thanks all.
