How to access MCT Central now?

If you are getting redirected away from MCT Central, that is because your Microsoft account is not linked to your MCT. So first, verify that the account has the MCT Certification - see http://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/certifications/certifications. If MCT Trainer isn't listed then you need to resolve that. If MCT is listed then I suggest you either clear cookies on your browser or use InPrivate/Incognito mode

Delay in MCT Benefits Due to System Changes

Due to the MCT system migration in process, your MCT status in your Microsoft Learn profile and other system-based benefits will not be fully functional until the engineering team can reinstate the benefits. This includes the VSS subscription, access to the Learning Download Center, Microsoft exam discounts, and other integrated systems. We sincerely apologize for this delay in activating these MCT benefits. During the MCT Enrollment Tool downtime, our goal was to ensure new candidates could join the MCT program as soon as possible and begin training on Microsoft courseware, without having to delay their application and enrollment until full system configuration was complete. You will have to wait some time for all MCT benefits to be accessible to your MCT account. The is very unfortunate, but unavoidable.
