Doubt prerequisites
The prerequisites means that you need to have skills and experience in managing servers and networking as the content depends on you being familiar with those areas as the content does not include it. It is not just studying networking and servers, it means having hands-on experience. It also says "solid" which means not just a cursory level of experience.
Okay and then what do I do, study something else? is I do not have practice networks, if you know anything else that can study that is of this area please tell me
I'm confused, why would you attempt a certification about secure networking when you have no experience of networking. I would start by studying for AZ-104 which includes Azure networking.

I wanted to start this course because it’s the only one I’ve seen (or seemed to see) that was about networking and security. Thank you very much for telling me where to start, because I am new and don’t have much knowledge
