Change MC ID
Dear Microsoft staff,
On April 22, I passed the Microsoft Word 2016 exam. A few hours later, I received an e-mail from Certiport with a Microsoft Certification ID. When I tried to pair that ID to my account, I already had an ID paired to that account. So is it possible for me to change the ID of that account or merge the IDs into one?

- I had this. You need to raise a ticket on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to merge the two MCIDs
