Certificate not showing up in Microsoft Learn account after passing exam
Hello all,
Very sorry if I have posted this to the wrong place, but I cannot figure out how to get help to get my certification into my Microsoft Learn account.
I have passed my exam, received an email that "Congratulations on passing your Exam" with a link to my Microsoft Learn account, but the certificate itself I cannot locate there.
In my Microsoft Learn profile it also says that I have passed 10 exams (including the one I am looking for now), but I only have 9 certifications (surely because the one I'm looking for is missing).
How can I get my certificate into my Microsoft Learn account? Or who can I contact about this, and how?

Maybe it may take time to be in the list. Check within 24 hours.
The second reason is that maybe the exam has a prerequisite exam which needs to be passed before appearing for the one you already passed.
Please check in either way.
