Azure skill challenge- unable to login to sandbox environment

I have registered recently for azure skill challenge https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learncloudchallenge

using my official corporate id .

1. Started using Microsoft learn using my learn id which is my corporate email id.

2. Created a Microsoft account using my Gmail id.

3. Logged into learn and was completing Az104 certification.

4. when I wanted to use the sandbox environment it prompted me to sign  into activate sandbox

5. when i clicked on it redirect me to enter my credentials where i used my Microsoft id which is Gmail id and parallelly i clicked on the azure portal link and opened it with Microsoft id.

6. i m getting error message as no subscription and even after try switching the directory it doesnt show me the sandbox environment
