    Hi pitmanjd

Great question. I know you're asking specifically about integrations, but I was wondering if there are any current plans to expand the native Cloud for Nonprofit capabilities? It would be great to have a case management module and a member management module (for professional associations). These would add a lot of value to an already strong product offering.

    Thanks

    Matt

      Hi MattBurr!

Thank you for your post and for sharing your feedback and suggestions with us. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and to meet the needs of our nonprofit customers.  While we're looking to understand how we can make integrations easier with the other tools that you use, we're also investing in improving functionality in the areas of fundraising and marketing, as well as program delivery. The case management and advanced membership areas aren't among our top priorities right now and where we can direct you to our expert partners to fulfill those needs. I'll highlight what's on our MC4N roadmap, and you can follow our release plans for upcoming waves here.

We are currently working on three main areas of improvement for Fundraising and Engagement: core fundraising foundations, integration and extension points, reliability and scalability.

      • Core fundraising foundations: We are enhancing the core functionality for fundraisers, gift processors, and other operations staff to make their daily tasks more efficient. On the roadmap are improvements in batch gift entry, contact and household giving statistics, and managing multiple constituent types.
      • Integration and extension points: We are overhauling our architecture and creating a more extensible platform to build customizations quicker and easily integrate data from other systems. The primary focus is on extensibility in payments and gift management and followed up with customizable donor KPIs.
      • Reliability and scalability: We are ensuring that our product can handle the increased demand and usage that we expect in the future. We are also making our product more resilient and secure, so that you can rely on it to run your operations smoothly and safely.  We just released a more secure and best practice tokenization for customers using our native Stripe integration for their payment processing.  I encourage you to check out the release notes here.

In the area of program delivery, we're focusing on these themes and features in Community Training:

      • Content: We’re enhanced the content library for digital productivity content, incorporating AI for course and assessment generation as well as content recommendations from the library.  We’re also planning to allow users to upload library  for existing content providers and leverage content from LinkedIn
      • Learner & Admin Experience: We are including AI assistance with conversational bots, voice assistants and immersive readers and planning to bring enhancements to in-app notifications, blended learning and ease in administration
      • Analytics & Settings: On the settings side, we are adding simpler configurations for instance-level settings. We’re also bringing a deeper level of analytics to track learner engagement and progress as well as insights for content.
      • Platform & Extensibility: After our GA release, we’re supporting customers in their migrations and working towards feature parity and greater extensibility.

We'd love to know what you think of the upcoming features on the roadmap. What are you excited about? What are your biggest challenges now?

I agree with Matt's sentiment, and would love to see improvements to F&E before focusing on integrations!
