YearlyGiving from Entity Azure Function displaying Zero when transactions exist
On a transaction rich environment I am seeing inconsistent behaviour and results from the Azure function - yearly giving from Entity, in that transactions that exist for a donor do not result in totals being updated in the 'giving' fields. Some contact records are updated, some are not and there are no errors in the Azure logs for the function. Does anyone know of any specific attributes that are being checked on a transaction that drive this function to work? The image below shows the Year 0 - year 4 totals being zero, when this particular Donor has recurring monthly donations for the last 5 years. Also, the function is supposed to trigger when a transaction is added or updated. It does not. It can take up to 15 minutes to start.

There could be multiple reasons for the yearly giving is not update , as the transaction should be in complete state also.We would request to create a support ticket following the below steps:
Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)– New support request-select- Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit for further investigation so that the team can assist you.
