That licensing mix does look a little confusing. The overlap between Business Premium and E1 may have happened because different grants or licences were added at different times. If the E1 licence is due to expire in April 2026, it would be worth checking exactly which users depend on it. The Business Premium licences ending in October 2025 would also need attention sooner. If TechSoup is showing a one-dollar monthly option, that may be a discounted offer rather than one of the free grants. I would start by listing every mailbox and matching it with its current licence. From there, you can see what each person actually needs. A simple spreadsheet can make this much easier to manage.
