For a small nonprofit, I expect spreadsheets to cover donor records, volunteer details, program participants, grant tracking, and basic financial information. The bigger challenge is keeping these records accurate and connected as the organization grows. That is especially true when information comes from different sources. Another consideration is an affordable off-the-shelf solution or API that can automate data collection and verification rather than maintaining everything manually.
