Power Pages - Move to Azure App Service?

My understanding is that you are correct, you can't move a Power Pages website to another hosting service. You would need to essentially recreate the entire Power Apps ecosystem, outside of Power Apps (might be possible but probably not feasible).
FYI, Power Pages is actually hosted on Azure App Service.
