Unfortunately, the escalation team confirmed that we can't do anything regarding the recovery.
We have reviewed your inquiry and confirmed that the subscription associated with your organization reached its expiration date and was subsequently deactivated and removed as part of the previously announced retirement of the Microsoft 365 Business Premium Grant and Office 365 E1 Grant for nonprofit organizations.
Microsoft communicated this change through official nonprofit program announcements and published guidance. In addition, notification communications were issued to the account administrator on file, including at the time of the retirement announcement and prior to subscription expiration.
As these grant offers are no longer available, organizations must transition to a supported nonprofit offer to continue using Microsoft services.
Available nonprofit offers
Eligible nonprofit organizations may access:
- Up to 300 Microsoft 365 Business Basic Nonprofit grant licenses
- Discounted nonprofit offers for Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Business
Standard
- Office 365 E1 through Enterprise Agreement for eligible organizations
- Additional nonprofit licensing options available through Microsoft's nonprofit catalog
To acquire a supported nonprofit subscription, sign in to the https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage using a Global or Billing
Administrator account. From the Billing section, review the nonprofit offers available to your organization and
complete the purchase process for the selected offer. When reviewing available offers, ensure you are using
the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (MOSA) billing account and access the Nonprofit section of the
catalog to view eligible nonprofit-priced subscriptions. For detailed purchasing guidance, refer to the
